Privacy policy

Data Asset Check is an independent introduction service operated by George Rivera. It is not run by, and has not been approved by, any AI company. You can reach us at george@georgerivera.com.

What the check collects: your name, phone number, email address and company name; your answers about employee count, years in business, revenue range, company website, whether your records are mostly in English, and whether you hold the rights to them; and your short written description of the kind of data your business holds. Ranges are enough, and several questions can be left unanswered.

What we do not want: customer records, files, or anything sensitive. Please do not send them through the check, by email, or any other way. The check works from your description alone.

How we use your answers: to review whether your business looks worth a closer conversation, to contact you about your check, and, only with your permission, to introduce you to a third party that evaluates data partnerships. Nothing about you or your business is passed to any third party without your permission.

Where it is stored: in our customer-relationship-management system, operated by our service provider, which processes the form on our behalf. Our service providers may use the strictly necessary technologies needed to run the site and form.

What we never do: we do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it: while your review is active, and afterwards only as long as there is a reason to. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing george@georgerivera.com, and we will action reasonable requests.

Changes: if this policy changes, the new version is posted on this page with its date.
