The service. Data Asset Check offers a free eligibility check for established businesses, and, at our discretion, an introduction to a third party that evaluates data partnerships. The check is an initial review only.

No promises. We do not promise that any business will qualify, that any introduction will be made, or that any licensing opportunity, arrangement or payment will result. Any assessment, commercial terms and decisions belong to the party reviewing your situation, and only after their own review.

Who may use it. You confirm you are at least 18 and authorized to answer for the business you describe.

What you agree to send. Ranges and a short description only. Do not submit customer records, files, personal information about other people, or anything confidential or sensitive. Submitting the check does not make your information confidential, so keep it to what the form asks for.

Accuracy. You agree your answers are accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you have the right to describe the records you describe.

Our content. The text and design of this site belong to Data Asset Check. You may not copy them for other uses without permission.

As is. The site and check are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Nothing here is legal, financial or business advice.

Liability. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses connected with your use of the site or the check.
